Fusion Investments is a private company owned by a group of around 20 highly experienced business people in the UK and Kenya. Phil Goodwin is the largest shareholder, and the common link with all of the other shareholders, many of whom have worked extensively with him and each other in previous lives and other businesses.

The business is based in Manchester, in the UK, and in Nairobi, Kenya, where it shares offices with its principal investment, Fusion Capital Ltd.
