Fusion Team
Fusion has full time staff of 33, of whom 30 are located in the three African offices, and 3 in London, where the company also benefits from the wealth of experience represented by the Non-Executive Directors and the shareholders, a number of whom take an active part in staff training and development.
The majority of staff have degrees, and most of these also have post-graduate qualifications in accountancy, law, business and other related disciplines. The company's policy is to recruit relatively young people and train them intensively. As well as in-house training, investment training is led by the British Venture Capital Association, and we also use Lattice, the market-leader in financial training in Kenya.
