Fusion invests in Africa, in the following asset types:

Private Equity

High-growth African companies which we believe have the potential to deliver exceptional shareholder returns to our investors. Fusion prefers investments between $1m and $5m in this space, usually holding a minority stake and working in co-operation with the management team.

Quoted Equity

African quoted companies where we believe strongly in the fundamentals, can hold a meaningful stake and have a relationship with management.

Private Lending

Growing African companies which need working capital for expansion of their asset bases. We can provide senior secured debt, but also provide mezzanine and other kinds of subordinated debt, in appropriate circumstances. Our lending activity is structured in tiers, so that a growing company can over the years 'graduate' through a progression of loan offerings, starting as low as $100,000 and growing to sophisticated loan packages of $3m or more.

Fixed Deposits

Fusion is a significant depositor with its relationship banks, and can achieve good returns for deposits of varying maturities.
